Jennifer R. Dusing
Jennifer R. Dusing concentrates her practice in the areas of adoption, family law, and mediation. She has been in private practice in Florence, Kentucky since 2007. She previously served as the Staff Attorney for Judge Linda Rae Bramlage in Boone County Family Court from 2005 to 2007.
Ms. Dusing received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. While in law school, she served as a senior staff member of the Kentucky Law Journal and the Treasurer of the Women’s Law Caucus. She was also a Student Public Interest Law Foundation (SPILF) grant recipient for both 2003 and 2004. She received her B.A. in Sociology with a Philosophy emphasis from Hanover College in Indiana.
As a proud parent of three children by birth and adoption, Ms. Dusing has a passion for building families through adoption. She works closely on a personal and professional level with adoptive families all over Kentucky. Ms. Dusing is a member of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, also known as AAAA, which is a national organization of attorneys who practice or have otherwise distinguished themselves in the field of adoption law.
Ms. Dusing is active in the community and currently serves on the Board of the Women’s Crisis Center of Northern Kentucky and is a former board member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, and the Academy of Northern Kentucky Collaborative Professionals. She was also approved as a Mediator with Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts. Ms. Dusing lives in northern Kentucky with her husband, Andy, and their three children.
